This building was built in 1963. The concept was to adapt the building to a building of today's standart.

Totally new staircase and lift, deep floor treatment and floor leveling, renewing windows, and renovation of inside the building, were some of the interventions we have made to make the building a better and more practical place to live in.

HArchitekten as a subcontractor of Elements GmbH has worked on LPH 5 in this project.
