The idea of the project was to make a space that welcomes everyone without barriers and is very practical for every age. 


You can feel and enjoy every corner of your flat from sunrise to sunset! We have challenged ourselves to make ''the impossible'' possible by changing the terrain level and split levels with a cut in the middle of the building to create a magnificent gallery on the east view of the building, entirely covered with glass with a great terrasse! 


HArchitekten as a subcontractor of Elements GmbH has worked on the first idea until the latest line on the drawing, formulas, and all documents needed for the approval plan.
